Cohort four of the international baccalaureate programme and 2013 graduates met for one last outing before we all depart for college. A cook out at Washington Park was how we spent our time. We had so much to talk about since we hadn’t seen each other for months which of course was not usual for us. We had all been together all day everyday for the past two years. We develop a deep bond. Not all of us were able to make it to this outing but it was still a memorable day. We ate some really good food, made two ridiculous videos on a playground, then went hiking through the woods of Washington Park, which by the way is very enormous. It was a day like no other. I’ll never forget it. We’ll see each other again one day though, I know it. Until then we will all go forward and do great things as we begin our new journeys, our college journeys.
